Music sellers to pay $100 million

It looks like thousands of music writers and publishers could be looking at getting part of a huge $100 million payout from Time Warner, Real Networks and Yahoo after a court established a system of payment that would suit all parties.

Although having said that, this will not necessarily mean that these music content providers are going to be paying these amounts out straight away, as there is bound to be room for further meetings and discussions before the final plan is actually agreed by all.

However this is going to be the way forward as the music industry slowly but surely will eventually get to the stage where all parties are in agreement and the whole industry can be in a position where it can move forward, instead of keep stepping back.
