Watching what you eat

In today’s ultra busy world, depending on where we work, it is natural for us to pop out and grab something to eat. This is normally going to something quick, easy and comes under the heading fast food.

 

The problem is that because of the availability of food in its various forms it is all too easy to consume much more than you actually think you are, this is where health and weight problems occur.

 

In order to keep track of what you are eating and drinking it may be worth writing down exactly what you are eating everyday and then you will know exactly how much you are eating.

 

Your conclusion may look something like this:

 

 You snack a lot more than you realize

You spend too much on junk

You don’t get enough variety in your diet

You drink WAY too much fizzy drink

You’re not eating enough fruit and vegetables
