LED’s to save the world

Could something a tiny as an LED actually have a lot to do in saving the world? Well there are some people who believe so.

If these bulbs replaced all of the conventional light bulbs in homes and in business, the saving would be in the trillions, simply because of the fact that these lights use less power, yet at the same time give off a reasonable amount of light.

These are not the average light emitting diodes (LED) as it is the latest development in this filed which are estimated to use twenty times less power than conventional light bulbs, it is hear that the savings can be made, although there has to be an initial outlay to invest in them first up.
