Vinyl records sales soar
For most people the thought of buying a vinyl record is something that happened around twenty plus years ago, but with the introduction of digital recordings, the famous black vinyl records began to fade away into the history books.
However, as with many products, if they are good enough they just keep coming back and this has to be true about records as over the past year sales of recordings on vinyl have doubled to 1.88 million copies of albums sold.
The reason for this is twofold, first there is quality of sound, many experts believe that the sound is much better and then there is the investment value, each album comes with artwork and extras that are no longer provided with a CD or digital download.
