Salt worry for youngsters

Just walking around an average supermarket will show that we rely heavily on processed foods. These foods are good for busy people who are working and bringing up children, but may not be too good for the diet.

It seems that children some aged as young as eight are getting more particular on their diet, and one of the main things that they are on the look for is salt. Too much salt is bad for anyone, but can be particularly bad for children.

However, these children are not being taught this in schools, this is a food awareness that come from the kids themselves, it may be just playground talk, but there could be serious problems down the line with eating disorder if they are not taught properly about nutrition.
